My name is Jan Schultz, I am new to the Real Estate Business, and very excited to be a part of Prudential Key Realty.

I have managed commercial rental property since 1997. I run a small bookkeeping business called JC Accounting, and have been on the Oneida Charter Township Board since 1980, Township Clerk for 20 years and Township Trustee for 7 years. I am a member of the Township Planning commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. I am also a member of the Local Fire Board.
